I have enjoyed drinking wine for many years, but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed that I don’t feel so well after drinking anymore. Even lessening the amount of wine that I drank was not helping. The slightest bit made me anxious, my heart rate soared, and I had a tremendous headache. Just did not feel well at all.
