Who is part of your scientific advisory board and research team?

Our scientific advisors and research team is comprised of leading doctors, scientists, and research experts. From Kevin Ewell (Vice President, Product Innovation at Ritual) to Dr. Jing Liang and Dr. Daryl Davies (Professors at the University of Southern California), we have a highly qualified team of specialists dedicated to staying on top of the latest research findings. 

What is bioavailability and why does it matter?

Bioavailability is the amount of a supplement that is absorbed into the bloodstream. So, if a dose is given through intravenous injection, the bioavailability is 100% because 100% of the dose goes into blood circulation. But for oral dosages, they have to be absorbed by our gut first in order to reach blood circulation. Most things we consume orally can’t be completely absorbed and achieve 100% bioavailability. In fact, a lot of ingredients in today’s nutritional supplements have very low bioavailability, meaning they are not being absorbed by our body. We developed a patent-pending formula and manufacturing technology to increase solubility which can lead to better absorption and higher efficacy.

How can I manage my subscription?

You can access your subscription by logging into your account on our website and selecting “Continue” under “Manage My Subscription” on your account dashboard. Can’t remember if you have an account or not? All subscribers have accounts linked to the email they used to purchase — it just may not be set up yet. To activate your account, click here.

How do I snooze my order?

If the bottles are piling up, just log in to your account and navigate to “Manage My Subscription.” Under your name in the top left corner, select “Delivery Schedule”. Then select “Skip” next to the date of the upcoming delivery that you would like to skip. 

How do I rush my order?

Ran out and need more ASAP? No problem. Just log in to your account and navigate to “Manage My Subscription.” Under your name in the top left corner, select “Delivery Schedule” and change the date of your next upcoming delivery to today’s date by selecting “Edit.” Your order will get to you ASAP!

How can I change the quantity of my subscription?

Just like you can snooze and rush your deliveries from your account, you can adjust the number of bottles you receive as well. Simply log in to your account and navigate to “Manage My Subscription.” Under your name in the top left corner, select “Subscriptions” then scroll to the right and select “Edit” under the section marked “Actions.” Scroll to the third option from the top and select “Change Product Quantity.” 

How do I change my delivery frequency?

To adjust your delivery frequency, log in to your account and navigate to “Manage My Subscription.” Under your name in the top left corner, select “Subscriptions” then scroll to the right and select “Edit” under the section marked “Actions.” Scroll to the fourth option from the top and select “Change Delivery Schedule.” You can choose to receive your shipment every 30, 45, or 60 days.

How can I cancel my subscription?

It’s easy. Log into your account,  navigate to “Manage My Subscription.”  Under your name in the top left corner, select “Subscriptions” then scroll to the right and select “Edit” under the section marked “Actions.” Then select “Cancel,” and select a reason for canceling your subscription. While you’re at it, leave us a comment so we know how to make your next experience better. Need some more time to work through your supply? You can pause your account from that page as well.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Standard shipping times will vary depending on country and customs regulations. Please check your confirmation email for shipping time estimates.

How can I track my order?

We’ll send you an email with your tracking link once your order leaves our fulfillment center. If for any reason you can’t find that email, click here to track your order.

My tracking link shows “Unknown Status” what should I do?

If you do not receive your order within the delivery time frame, please wait another business day for changes to be reflected. If there’s no change to your tracking status and your package has not been delivered in the timeframe stipulated at purchase, contact our team at team@morelabs.com and we’ll help you sort it out.

My delivery address is incorrect, how can I change it?

Once an order enters the processing phase, it can’t be cancelled or modified. If you notice the incorrect address right after placing your order, email us at team@morelabs.com and we will do our best to modify it. If the order can’t be modified, we will have to wait for the shipment to be tracked and delivered before we are able to resend.

Can I apply a discount to an order I’ve already placed?

If you mistakenly place an order without applying a discount code, email us ASAP at team@morelabs.com and we’ll help you retroactively apply the discount. Inquiries to apply a discount code retroactively must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

I just missed a promotion, can I still get the deal?

We get that life is busy and timing is everything. Email us at team@morelabs.com and we’ll see what we can do. Inquiries to apply promotional discounts retroactively must be made 24 hours after the promotion ends. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait for the next one.

What is your refund policy?

Our goal is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible. That means if you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your first order, minus shipping and handling. To request a refund, please send an email to team@morelabs.com with your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request, within 60 days of receiving your shipment.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we approve your refund request, you’ll receive an email notification. Refunds typically take between 2-3 business days to reflect back on to your account. We process refunds as soon as we receive and approve your request. If you don’t receive your refund after getting our email notification, please check with your bank.

I placed an order by accident, how can I cancel it?

If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us at team@morelabs.com to resolve the issue. We will try our best to cancel the order before it enters the processing phase. If the order ships, you will need to return it to us within 30 days. In order to receive a refund, your package must be unopened with the seal intact and returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened packages are not eligible for returns.

What’s the deal with your patent-pending technology?

Not all products are created equal. We use patent-pending technology in Morning Recovery to ensure superior efficacy. How come? In its original state, the main ingredient in Morning Recovery, DHM, is not water-soluble and can’t be absorbed by the body. This means that no matter how much DHM you take, it won’t help you. We weren’t okay with that, so we developed a patent-pending formula to maximize the solubility of DHM and increase the effectiveness of Morning Recovery. Learn more here

Our research and development team vets and tests all ingredients to ensure they meet rigorous quality, health, and safety standards. The origin of each ingredient and how they interact is important to us because it directly influences potency, bioavailability, and efficacy.
