Never leave home without a bottle in my belly. Never go to bed without another bottle in my belly.
Now, do I think I can go out, do Tequila shots on an empty stomach, not drink any water throughout the evening, and Morning Recovery will save me the day...No.
What I do think Morning Recovery does really well is take the edge off when first sun comes through the windows the following morning. Plus, and most appreciated, it initiates faster recovery as that day after progresses.
