Getting into your subscription portal.
First things first, you won’t be able to access your subscription without activating your account on morelabs.com. Your account is automatically created with your email on your first order, all you have to do is set it up. To activate it, click here.
Once activated, log in to your account. To do this, navigate to the account icon in the top right-hand corner of our website. Upon clicking the icon, you’ll be prompted to enter your email and password.
You can then access your subscription by selecting “Continue” under “Manage My Subscription” on your account dashboard.
After pressing “Continue” you’ll be taken directly into your subscription portal. This is the default page for your subscription portal.
Managing your subscription.
Once you're in your subscription portal, you can edit your subscription by selecting “Subscriptions” on the left side under your name.
To make changes, select “Edit” under the section marked “Actions” on the very right side of the page. You’ll be taken to a new page where you can add or swap products, update the delivery frequency, or change your next subscription charge date.
Add, swap, or change your delivery frequency.
From this page, you can add or swap products, change the delivery frequency, or change your next subscription charge date.
To swap your product, click “Change Product Variant” and select the product you’d like to receive in your next subscription order. Press save.
To change the quantity of your subscription click “Change Product Quantity” and select the quantity you’d like to receive. Press save.
To change the delivery frequency, click “Change Delivery Schedule” and select 30, 45, or 60 days. Press save.
You can also update your shipping details from this page by selecting “Edit” under the section marked “Shipping."
Just be sure to press “Save” after entering your new address.
Skip a shipment.
If the bottles are piling up, just log in to your subscription portal and under your name in the top left corner, select “Delivery Schedule.” Then select “Skip” next to the date of the upcoming delivery that you would like to skip.
Update payment details.
To update your payment details, under your name in the top left corner, select “Billing Information.” From there you can update your credit card and billing address, just be sure to press “Save” after you input the new information.
Cancel your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription portal. Under your name in the top left corner, select “Subscriptions” then scroll to the right and select “Cancel” under the section marked “Actions.”
Then select a reason for canceling your subscription. While you’re at it, leave us a comment so we know how to make your next experience better. Please keep in mind that canceling your subscription may result in losing your grandfathered pricing.
